RMN’s are required for placements in the NHS

Job Specification

• At least 6 months recent experience in NHS hospital settings
• Good communication, English and numeracy skills
• Ability to follow the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation skills
• Competency in drug administration
• Good documentation and record keeping skills
• Willingness to undertake all mandatory and best practice training
• Ability to adhere to policies as set out in NHS clinical settings
• Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to learn
• Ability to deliver care without direct supervision and maintain accountability for the care delivered
